Refund Policy
Thank you for associating with ManavGuru (C G Parivar)
We want our customers to benefit from our service.
In case you have not experienced positive results/changes (for your problem) then we offer a refund policy on a case-to-case basis and subject to the following conditions:
1. You have implemented all (100%) suggestions and remedies suggested to you during the service, without exception, within a time-frame of 1 month from the date of receipt of suggestions and remedies
2. 6 months have elapsed from the date of implementation of all suggestions and remedies
3. Subject to clause number 2 above, a request for a refund must be made to the company within 8 months from date of implementation of suggestions and remedies
4. All materials provided to you by the company have been returned back to the company
5. Post receipt of your request for a refund, a company representative will verify the status of implementation vis-à-vis the suggestions and remedies suggested to you
6. Payment made against a CWR service will not be refunded
7. Final refund amount shall be paid after deducting applicable taxes, service charges paid thereon by the company
All matters pertaining to refund will be decided at the sole discretion of the company
