USAGE OF MANAVGURU MOBILE  APP

This policy applies to our website and mobile applications. You are urged to update to the most current version of the mobile application. Use an older version of these apps and/or access discontinued services. We will not be responsible or liable for any damages due to any collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as per the older version of the mobile application.

PERSONAL INFORMATION & USAGE

We collect personal information from you only if you provide it voluntarily. To avail registration on the Website and mobile Apps, users/Members are required to provide certain information for the registration process.

The type of personal information that may be collected by us includes, but is not limited to:

The said information, as provided by the users, enables us to improve the Site, Apps, and provide users with the most user-friendly experience. After the user’s approval, we collect the data for valid registration or lead creation for the ManavGuru Mobile App.

Users/Members can log in via Facebook or Google credentials if users do not wish to generate their own username & password. When you register using your other accounts, like on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,  etc., we shall retrieve Information from such accounts to continue to interact with you and to continue providing the Services.

To improve the responsiveness of the Site, Apps for users/Members, we may use the local data store/content history, or similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique, random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the user’s interests. The only personal information that will be obtained is the information you would supply.

Our advertisers may also access through us the information for local data stores for their impressions

When we present information to our advertisers – to help them understand our audience and confirm the value of advertising on our website – it is usually in the form of aggregated statistics on traffic to various pages within our Site/Apps. If you don’t want us to use your information, then you can request we delete your personal information and close your account. If you delete your account within the app, all associated data will be permanently deleted from our system. This includes:

• Web browsing data
• Location data
• App info and performance data
• Device or other identifiers
• Personal information
• Financial information
• Messages/Chats

We will process your request for account deletion in the earliest possible time duration and ensure complete data removal as per our policy, as we respect the privacy of our users/members and are committed to protecting it in all respects.

For local deletion of data from the ManavGuru app after login user needs to clear the data from the app settings.

UPDATION/CHANGES

The internet is an ever-evolving medium. We may change our privacy policy from time to time to incorporate necessary future changes. We reserve the right to change (at any point in time) the terms of this Policy. Of course, our use of any information we gather will always be consistent with the policy under which the information was collected, regardless of what the new policy may be.
